CFTR BLAST

Values above the server-set thresholds (0.35 for B cell and 0.5 for T cell ) are shown in red. The topology of the CFTR protein is shown in the final column (EXT = extracellular: IN = intracellular; TM = transmembrane): Extracellular regions are highlighted in red: Autoantigen overlaps are highlighted in blue. The whole protein is not processed and BLAST searches were focussed on auto antigen overlaps in antigenic extracellular regions.
